Additionally, we have outlined specific conditions under which returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
You can initiate a return within 7 days for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
When returning an item for any reason, you must do so in the exact condition you received it from Steadfast with its original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g. lighting fittings should be returned with the original carton, and all accessories on items including pins and screws, brackets, base, rope, cord, crystals, remote must be intact.) Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way.
You must not include any items in the return package that were not part of the original items received from Steadfast. Steadfast will not take responsibility for any mistakenly included items in the return package.
