Our lighting fittings undergo rigorous testing to ensure they function flawlessly upon delivery. However, power surges, high voltage, and improper installation can significantly cause damage or impact their performance and longevity. To guarantee optimal results, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified and competent electrician to follow the installation instructions in the product manual carefully.

- Before installing, kindly ensure that your ceiling can support the weight of the lighting fitting.
- If you are not a professional electrician, you need to hire a COMPETENT ELECTRICIAN to do the electrical part of the installation.
- Ensure that all the parts you need for the product are available based on the product manual before starting the installation process. We strongly recommend having a qualified electrician test the lighting fittings immediately upon purchase. This proactive step helps to identify and address potential issues on time, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience with your lighting fittings.
- Make sure to CAREFULLY follow the product manual when installing products that comes with one.
- When hanging the crystal strings, always attach them from the inside to the outside of the chandelier's frame. This will help prevent the strings from becoming tangled and ensure a uniform appearance.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Missing/Broken Parts
- Compare the contents of your package to the packing list provided.
- If any parts are missing or broken, take clear photos for documentation.
- Email us the list of missing or broken parts and the photos you took.
Bulbs Do Not Light Up
- Ensure the power switch is on and the circuit breaker is not tripped.
- Make sure the bulb is securely screwed into the socket.
- If the bulb is loose or damaged, replace it with a new one.
- Inspect the wires to ensure they are connected correctly.
Bulbs Flicker or Noisy Operation
- Ensure the bulb is securely screwed into the socket.
- A faulty bulb can cause flickering or noise.
- If using a dimmer switch, ensure the bulb is compatible with dimming.
CLEAN AND CARE
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the fixture.
- Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, they can discolor or damage the finish.
- Avoid using scouring pads, as they can scratch the surface.
- Powders and Steel Wool are abrasive materials, they can also cause damage.
